    These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all users and customers of the website www.muayonly.com (“Website”) operated by Robert Káža a company registered in the Czech Republic, European Union (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing and using this Website and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

    These Terms govern the sale of goods via our e-commerce platform to consumers and businesses within the European Union.

    3. Products and Availability

    All products listed are subject to availability.
    We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

    4. Pricing and Payment

    All prices are in EUR and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on destination.
    Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, PayPal, and bank transfer.

    5. Shipping and Delivery

    We ship within the EU. Estimated delivery time is 5 business days from dispatch.
    Delivery times may vary depending on location and product availability.
    Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

    6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

    You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
    The withdrawal period expires 30 days after you or a third party (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods.
    To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).

    If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 30 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

    You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 30 days has expired.

    You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

    7. Returns and Refunds

    Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.
    The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
    Upon receipt and inspection of returned goods, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

    8. Warranty and Liability

    Our products come with a standard 2-year warranty for consumers in the EU.
    Warranty covers manufacturing defects, not damage from misuse or normal wear.
    Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.

    9. Data Protection

    We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

    10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and applicable EU regulations.
    Disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts in the Czech Republic.

    If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remainder shall remain in full force.
    We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Website.
